No dia 19 de fevereiro AMC organizou um workshop interno para os voluntários sobre o tema da Aprendizagem Intercultural para promover a necessidade de consciência intercultural mais avançada e respeito mútuo pela diversidade cultural. O evento foi a continuação de uma sessão feita anteriormente dedicada à educação não formal como parte de um ciclo de workshops com foco no crescimento pessoal completo. O workshop foi baseado em métodos de educação não formal para facilitar a sensibilidade intercultural e conduzir a uma melhoria desta competência crucial de modo independente. A sessão foi facilitada por Anahit Avagyan (da Arménia) que é uma voluntária do Serviço Voluntário Europeu na AMC.

Workshop on Intercultural Learning

On the 19th of February AMC organized an in-house workshop for our volunteers on the topic of Intercultural Learning to foster the necessity of more advanced intercultural awareness and mutual respect for cultural diversity. The event was the continuation of the previously done session dedicated to Non-Formal Education as a part of the cycle of workshops focusing on comprehensive personal growth. The workshop was based on non-formal education methods to train the intercultural sensibility and to conduce to the further self organized improvement of this crucial competence. The session was facilitated by Anahit Avagyan (from Armenia) who is an EVS volunteer at AMC.
